生物质与生物燃料biomass and biofuel中国China技术装备technology equipment三方于2026年10月12日签署合作框架协议，推进宁夏石嘴山5万吨/年工业尾气制乙醇再转SAF项目，并联合开发二氧化碳电转化耦合生物发酵制乙醇技术。The three parties signed a cooperation framework agreement on 12 October 2026 to advance a 50,000 t/y project in Shizuishan, Ningxia converting industrial off-gas to ethanol and then SAF, and to jointly develop CO2 electro-conversion coupled with biological fermentation.

The project will convert industrial off-gases into ethanol and then SAF, with planned capacity of 50,000 t/y. The parties will also expand gas feedstock sources, develop downstream ethanol products and jointly develop ethanol production combining CO2 electro-conversion with biological fermentation, extending cooperation to bio-based materials including ethylene.
